Rangamati travel guide to the Chittagong hill tracts

Rangamati tour Itinerary ( chittagong hill tracts )
Ethnic People, Hills & Lake Trip-RANGAMATI

Rangamati- the most picture-sque place of Bangladesh. It’s rare scenic beauty and unspoiled
tribal life is just 77km from Chittagong. It will be interesting to cruise on emerald blue water of
Kaptai Lake (1630sk.km). The hill tracts are inhibited by fourteen groups of indigenous people
Who are equally colorful. Each group has its own language, rich tradition and attractive customs. The peace loving, friendly and extremely hospitable people will welcome you to their own land.

Trip to Rangamati by Air (3 D & 2 N)

Day 01: Start from Dhaka by air in the morning for Chittagong. After arrival at Chittagong airport our guide will receive and transfer you to Rangamati by reserved car/coach. The distance is 77 km. it takes two hours you will arrive at the parjatan Hotel / eco-resort in Rangamati for lunch. On the way to Rangamati we will be stopped at checkpoints, where the entry of Foreign Tourists is controlled. We kindly suggest you to carry your passport with you. In the afternoon sightseeing of Rangamati town and its surrounding will be arranged for you.

Day 02: Today we shall show you as much of this beautiful place as possible: the day's activities include a boat-cruise on Kaptai Lake, a visit to tribal village, swimming, etc. In the afternoon we will take you out for a short sightseeing tour of the local tribal museum (if open), a Buddhist temple, the Chakma King’s palace, handicraft centers, souvenir shops and a nearby tribal village.Back to the hotel by evening.
Day 03: You will depart Rangamati early in the morning and drive to Chittagong., visit to the interesting Chittagong Ethnological Museum (if open) ; Potenga sea beach , world war cemetery and lunch at a local restaurant you will continue on to Chittagong airport to take the domestic afternoon flight back to Dhaka. On arrival at Dhaka we shall arrange your transfer from the airport to your residence.

Trip to Rangamati by Train & car (3 D & 2 N)

Day 01: Start from Dhaka by train early in the morning for Chittagong. After arrival at Chittagong our guide will receive and transfer you to Rangamati by reserved car/coach. Trip to Rangamati by a/c bus (2 D & 2 N)

Day 01: Start from Dhaka by a/c bus in the night at around 10:30 pm about to Rangamati for overnight bus journey. On the way to Rangamati we will be stopped at checkpoints, where the entry of Foreign Tourists is controlled. We kindly suggest you to carry your passport with you. In the afternoon sightseeing of Rangamati town and its surrounding will be arranged for you.
Day-02: After arrival at Rangamati our guide will receive and transfer you at the parjatan Hotel / eco-resort in Rangamati for breakfast. Today we shall show you as much of this beautiful place as possible: the day's activities include a visit to tribal village, swimming, etc. In the afternoon we will take you out for a short sightseeing tour of the local tribal museum (if open), a Buddhist temple, the Chakma King’s palace, handicraft centers, souvenir shops and a nearby tribal village.Back to the hotel by evening.
Day-03: after breakfast guide will arrange a boat-cruise on Kaptai Lake and visit shovolong (waterfalls) back to hotel by evening. After having dinner transfer you to the bus stop to take the return bus journey to Dhaka.Arrival next early in the morning.
Rangamati by reserved A/c Car
( 4 Days / 3 Night )

Day 01 : Depart from Dhaka by reserved A.C car/coach in the morning about to Rangamati.
In about 6.5 hours you will arrive at the Parjatan Hotel in Rangamati, where we shall
arrange for your accommodation.
On the way to Rangamati we will stop at checkpoints, where the entry of foreign Tourists is controlled. We therefore kindly ask you to carry your passport with you on this tip. In the afternoon sightseeing of Rangamati town and its surrounding will be arrange for you.

Day 02 : In this day Guide will show you the attractive place as possible as the day’s activities include a boat-cruise on Kaptai Lake, a visit to tribal village, local tribal museum, swimming, (if open), a Buddhist temple, the chakma King’s place, handicraft centers, souvenir shops.
Back to the hotel by evening.

Day 03 : Depart from Rangamati after breakfast and drive to Chittagong. For sightseeing Chittagong Ethnological Museum (if open) and lunch at a local restaurant after lunch Guide will take you to Pathenga sea beach for Brief sight-seeing. Start return drive back to Dhaka. After arrival at Dhaka transfer you to your residence.
